Alicia: Hello! I am 30yrs old and have this crazy idea (that I can't surpress) that I am a RUNNER! With a few 5k's under my belt, I want to chronicle my journey to a healthy weight! I have lost 120lbs over the course of 3 years and am constantly seeking for ways to improve my fitness and tone my physique.
