I'm at that point. I have never exercised so much in my whole life like I did for the month of January. I wanted to have a GREAT start of the new year. So I exercised (cardio) a minimum of 60 mins...26/31 days. Basically the only days they didn't see me in the gym was Sundays.

Eating and Nutrition

I have the fitness/excercise plan going, and its going pretty well too. HOWEVER, the nutrition/eating is a killer and I think it is seriously affecting my weight loss.

I can go work out for 60-90 mins, burn over 800 calories a day, but then mess around and eat up all those calories at dinnertime or on my weekend binges.

I really need to focus on my eating habits this week. Starting today!

Ready For a New Me..My list of Do's and Don'ts for 2008

I am ready to start my life over again. I mean don't get me wrong I had a wonderful first 26yrs, but I think my weight prevented me from doing 80% of the things I really wanted to do.

So here it goes...

I do not want my weight to be an obstacle any longer.

I do not want to pretend to have high self esteem anymore.

I do not want to shop at only 2 stores - Ashley Stewart and Lane Bryant

I don't want to get diabetes or HBP.

I do not want to be envious of my friends/family that have lost weight

I do want to excercise daily.

I do want to train to run a 5k race.

I do want to learn to control my portions, and make better food decisions

I do want to look good in all my clothes

I do want to enjoy the summertime in shorts and tanks.

I'm ready for the challenge, nothing to lose but weight ;-)
